My elderly mother and I were overwhelmed by Robert's assistance in getting her moved into Zionsville Meadows. When we realized that her double bed would not fit properly as we were moving her in during a late afternoon, Robert responded right away. He even kept his shop open to find help her find the right type of mattress due to her spine condition and to deliver, after hours, so that she would not have to sleep on her couch. He made several trips, without charge, to her apartment to get her settled. He did not have a headboard or bed frame in his inventory or catalogue to match her bedroom furniture. Again without charging or anticipating a commission, he searched the web himself to find an affordable perfect match. He saved me a tremendous amount of time. We discovered that her double bed would not be appropriate and a single would be needed. I called Village Mattress. They kept the shop open late, helped us find the right mattress for her spine condition, delivered after hours so that she wouldn't need to sleep on her couch, and hauled her old mattress and bed frame without charge. The cost of the mattress was very competitive with other stores. They did not have a headboard or bed frame in their inventory or suppliers to match her bedroom furniture. Without my asking, they searched the web, found a perfect match in color and style from another store, and declined to be paid for assisting us. This saved me a significant amount of time/hassle.
